Ah playing nicole rosenberger and chelsea today!! D: At least we get a semis trophy.

Yesterday was such a long day. Woke up at 8ish, went with sarah and debbie to watch becky's match, her opponent retired after 4-1. Thennnn we went to leisure park, had lunch at PASTAMANIA and went to the arcade for awhile :) the claw thing is absolutely impossible to win. Whoever invented that is just a cruel sadist who likes to see innocent people waste their money and go crazy. We did win it once though :) well julia did.

And and me and lizzie went to warm up, but it rained, so our match was postponed sigh. So went home at about 4, made sponge cakes with cousins (heh we had a bit of a problem at first, but after that all was well), then went back at 815.

And we won our match yay :D

So we have to go back AGAIN for our match at 7. And before that I'm going there to watch becky. Yay.

I played horrible.

I think I'm gonna cry.

Everyone else has been out in the hot sun playing their matches and I was sitting at home watching Lord of The Rings with sarah debbie and becky. Can't say that it was too bad though. Heh we're such geeks :)

We were talking through practically the whole movie talking about what if stupid things happened but its like the best show EVER haha :D I love all the dramatic moments. And how they talk. If you haven't watched it yet, GO AND WATCH IT. Your life will never be the same :)

Today was one lazy day. When debbie went out for her match, me sarah and becky didn't really know what to do after four hours of watching lord of the rings (i fell asleep at the best part! sniffle.) and we were all tired because we had training at EIGHT AM IN THE MORNING so we went down to the pool to play with faith <3

I feel so confused about this week. It's like I just lost track of all the days and everything's kind of scrambled up in my mind.

Okay so... Wednesday I think, we slept over at RAINTREE :D Heh that was awesome we played bridge, rediscovering You Don't Know Jack (which is the funnest game ever), checking for the finale of ANTM unsuccessfully and eating chocolate. We must have played like a bajillion games of You Don't Know Jack. It's like this computer game show thing. But the guy didn't have to be so mean. Sniff.

And me and sarah waited and waited and waited for the finale of ANTM but it never came. It only came out the next day and we watched it in peace. I still don't really know if I'm happy that she won.

After playing almost all of the categories for You Don't Know Jack, getting high on chocolate, trying to get debbie to STOP SMSING, breaking a glass and talking so much that we practically have no more secrets, we finally fell asleep at 5am.

Then on Thursday, training was cancelled again because of the rain, so me sarah debbie becky went to SICC and played in the indoor courts :) Then because of the storm and all the floods, it took us almost an hour to get home. It was a really short hour though, and we rediscovered old songs and tried to harmonise (well debbie at least) HAHA.

Went back to raintree, played You Don't Know Jack again, did some more lame stuff, then had dinner and went kind of late to ANMOL'S HOUSE :D they already finished swimming, so we watched Back at the Barnyard heehee so cute and I Love You Man which is really really really gross and we really shouldn't have watched it. Carolyn seemed to be enjoying it though. And then we went to SEVENELEVEN to buy slurpee, sweets, gummmies, m&ms, and ignored barn's constant need for mee pok.

Oh and before I forget: HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISHA! :D there's probably a very small chance that you'll actually see this but happy birthday and hope all your wishes come true and that carter will realise that he loves you haha.

Sigh and I still haven't finished the chinese book yet. I'm only on chapter two! Anyone else?

Training was okayish today we played matches and ran the number of rounds according to who won the most matches and stuff. So I ran five. I still feel so unfit from beijing. Heh too many reese's pieces :)

And I guess the rest of this week's gonna be pretty much the same:

1. Go to sarah and debbie's house in the morning

2. Waste time while I really should be getting started on my homework

3. Training

4. Wait a painfully long time for the season finale of antm to come out and occasionally watching gossip girl to pass time

Sad.

But I'm still on a post-beijing high :D Sometimes i still feel like we're there. Like in the morning I expect to hear my stupid phone alarm waking up me and anmol. And thinking that i still have to tie my hair during meals. And that everyone's there :) i know i've said this so many times but beijing really was awesome :D Pretty photos on facebook are making me feel better about the fact that my camera broke.

Raining again. Man I miss the snow.

I miss it already.

Surprisingly on both six-hour flights i didn't get air sick at all yay :) and ooh i watched GI JOE again and half of UP. Then then then we arrived in Beijing and it was super super cold, and I don't know why but i seem to get cold the easiest. Sniff.

Wow there's so much to talk about i don't even know where to start. Okay i'm not gonna go in any particular order i'm just gonna smush everything together.

1. Snow :D

IT SNOWED ON THE SECOND AND LAST DAY IT WAS AWESOME :D Snow makes the most polluted places pretty :) Snow just makes everything nice. Even when i felt sick and was all cold i was still all happy.

2. Getting to go around Beijing by ourselves

Ooh the scavenger hunt was really cool. Like they gave us this paper with clues/drawings on it, and we have to figure out our stops and where to go. We should make an "I survived the beijing subway" shirt :)

3. BARGAINING

Haha this is possibly one of the most satisfying things ever. Like when you just keep arguing and arguing until you save whoknowshowmuchmoney and feel all happy and satisfied :) Especially anmol. I don't know how she does it! And it's also really funny to see people's expressions when they realise how good her chinese actually is haha.

Carolyn's such a softie. All the store people can make so much money out of her heehee :D

4. Seeing all the beijing stuff we always hear about but never see

Like toboganning down the Great Wall of China! Yeah that was so cool. And we got to climb GWOC and wander around in our groups for a while :D We also discovered that when you're on top of a really tall and long wall, echoes are really really clear.

And seeing the Olympic Village (barely though) and the olympic torch. and all the super tall buildings which all light up at night. and the Forbidden City and Summer Palace, where we had to find stuff and look for the exit ourselves.

HAHA and we asked this tour guide for an answer to one of our questions, so we had to say it in chinese. So this ang mo came up behind us and looked at our worksheet, called her friends over, and was like, "WOW! They read in english, and speak in chinese!" haha that was fun.

5. We actually managed to get work done

YAY SNACK ATTACK. Even though we got really distracted, with carolyn talking about her shit cycle and all, we still managed to get everything done on time :D Of course there were bad stuff about the trip too, like the stomach ache day and the scaryish thing which was actually really nothing, but all the other good stuff made up for that :)

6. THE FOOD.

Especially the dumplings broccoli and the duck and even the late-night instant noodles :) And we went to KFC once, but after that, we didn't want fast food so we ate at other chinesey but not really places too :D Like Yoshinoya and another chinese place. And WAHAHA HOTEL! I really liked the japanese-chinese beefy thing we had one night :) and surprisingly the vegetables were actually nice. Especially the long beans! Oh and this cafe we went to, Sculpting In Time, sells the best cookies ever. Maybe it was just because we hadn't eaten cookies in so long, or because it was so cold, but these cookies were really really good :D even though they were really small.

7. ONEGEE AND ONETEE <3

I think what made this trip really really awesome were the people :D like seriously, even though it was SO MUCH more educational than perth, we still had so much fun. And our facilitators (Claudine and Kathleen) were super nice too :) i found claudine on facebook btw heheh. And this trip could not have been as fun without you guys.

This trip was so different from perth, and we had to do so much more work but still. It was really really fun :) So thanks to everyone who was there and made this trip so awesome :D

And tennisers- i've missed you guys :D

It was SO FUN. It was like so casual and relaxed. And we all just like bonded and had fun :)

On the first day we had canadian pizza and today we had hotcakes and hashbrowns and pasta! Hee it was awesome. And we played freeze and melt, some reallycomplicatedgridthingwhichwasfuneventhoughwelost OH and we had the BEST TRAINING in the history of ever yesterday. It rained, so we went inside and played netball, soccer, handball, chair thing and julialim kicked the ball in coach's face HAHAHAHA that was so funny cos all of a sudden every single person collapsed on the floor and everyone was basically rolling around on the floor laughing like crazy.

Andandnadndnandnanadndndndnd heh we watched movie, team reflections and okay i'm not going in any particular order cos everything is all jumbled up in my head. Oh and i'm so tired now. I got up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep for like an hour. Haha and in the middle of the night me and julia woke up at the same time and heard debbie sleeptalking. That was kind of scary.

Today was....ball girl training in the morning, then fun training (JAIL :D ) then lunch (PASTAA), then training training and it rained again haha that was awesome we were really really hoping it would rain but we didn't really think it was gonna cos it was SO HOT in the morning then suddenly it just rained and we went inside again and played stuff like catching (kind of), chair thing except with tables and relay.

I love our tennis team :)

And i'm so so so tired now i just finished (well almost) packing for BEIJING. It's in THREE DAYS. WHOO :D
