Today was FOUNDER'S DAY for MGS! Dr Ann Tan Kendrick was the guest of honour. I was chosen to be an usher, and I had to open the doors and say "Good morning, sir/ma'am" etc. So I thought, oh ok, not so bad. THEN, I was told that once i closed the doors, i had to stand inside by the doors for THE WHOLE TIME!!!!! it was really long, and my legs and my back kinda hurt. I guess it could have been worse... anyway, the ceremony was quite nice. but i was standing right next to the handbell choir, so it was really loud... it was nice though :)
i have to go for dinner now. bye!

Science Centre!

Today our class went to Science Centre!!! It was really fun. We went because the SBC teachers were at a conference, so there were no teachers. Except Mrs Ng, who brought us there. When we got there, we went to the Human Body exhibit to do our worksheet. Then, after abt 1h, we could walk around by ourselves. I went to the i-Space exhibit. It's SO COOL!!! There was this computer thing that could be controlled by hand motions, and there were other things that would supposedly be used in the future. Of course, after we walked around, we went to McDonalds for fries! This whole week, my class hasn't been doing much work, since all the teachers were away. :)

ok, some random things:-i watched camp rock!:) i watched it about a week ago. it's not really that great, but the songs are quite nice. it's starring the jonas brothers and demi lovato.-sarah and debbie moved into raintree!!! :) they moved in yesterday, and i went there the night before. it's reaaaally nice!!!the door doesn't have a keyhole, it has a really cool punching in code thing. -2nd week of school! p.e. was really fun today. these secondary students from dunman high came and we played captain's net (something like captains ball), a game with plastic bags which we had to use to hit balls over to our opponent's side and hockey. Hockey was the most fun! :D michelle, carolyn, yi shuen and adeline were in my team. it was exactly like hockey, except the people kept throwing in coloured balls, so we were playing with lots of balls at once. it was really fun, even though we had no idea who won.k, gotta go!
